Position Overview
Cytovale is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Commercialization to drive core commercialization initiatives for the IntelliSep® sepsis test. This role will own execution across sales enablement, go-to-market planning for evidence launches, and management of the IntelliSep Speakers Bureau, ensuring tight alignment between marketing strategy and commercial impact.
The Manager will operate as a cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to translate clinical evidence and competitive insights into clear, actionable programs and tools that drive customer engagement and adoption. This role is well suited for a highly analytical, execution-oriented marketer with strong business judgment and the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling commercial narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead the development of IntelliSep marketing campaigns, aligning tactics with strategic objectives and stakeholder-specific messaging.
Drive go-to-market execution for new clinical evidence, translating data into differentiated, compliant, and commercially relevant messaging.
Develop launch plans, timelines, and internal communications to ensure coordinated execution across teams.
Maintain a deep and current understanding of Cytovale’s clinical evidence base and the competitive sepsis diagnostics landscape to inform positioning and messaging.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure evidence generation, marketing promotion, and field team communications are consistent and reinforce each other.
Commercialization and Sales Enablement
Own development and ongoing optimization of sales enablement materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, customer testimonials, and other core commercial assets.
Ensure materials clearly articulate Cytovale’s value proposition, clinical evidence, and competitive differentiation across stakeholder audiences.
Incorporate Voice of Customer insights into messaging, materials, and program development.
Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to identify gaps, test messaging, and continuously improve commercial effectiveness.
Support commercial training initiatives by developing high-quality content and enabling field readiness.
Speakers Bureau and Scientific Programs
Manage and scale the IntelliSep Speakers Bureau, including speaker onboarding, training, content alignment, and deployment.
Collaborate directly with speakers to develop and execute national scientific and educational programs, including webinars and symposia.
Ensure speaker content remains current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with Cytovale’s strategic narrative.
Track program effectiveness and identify opportunities to increase impact and reach.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
4–6 years of experience in marketing, commercialization, consulting, or strategy roles within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive commercial messaging.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills paired with hands-on execution.
Experience developing sales enablement or customer-facing commercial materials.
Ability to develop a deep working knowledge of clinical evidence and apply it in a competitive market context.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred
MBA or other business-focused graduate degree.
Clinical background or degree a plus.
Experience supporting speaker programs, webinars, or scientific symposia.
Familiarity with emergency medicine, critical care, laboratory medicine, or hospital-based selling environments.
Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
